Merle Clarke GWIC decision on 1 February 2021 to suspend Mrs Clarke for 4 weeks for breaching Rule 83(2)(a). 02/07/2021 Appeal dismissed. Penalty of 4 weeks suspension imposed. Appeal deposit to be determined. Decision
Peter Oldfield GWIC decision on 5 May 2021 to suspend Mr Oldfield for 10 weeks for breaching Rule 83(2)(a). 18/06/2021 Appeal upheld. Penalty of 10 weeks suspension imposed, with four weeks conditionally suspended for 12 months. Appeal deposit refunded. Decision
Matthew Wallace GWIC decision on 8 May 2021 to place an endorsement on the registration certificate of the greyhound ‘Lady Luna’ for a marring breach under Rule 69. 18/05/2021 Appeal upheld. Appeal deposit refunded. Decision
Jessie Fothergill GWIC decision on 16 December 2020 to disqualify Ms Fothergill for five months for breaching Rule 86(d). 10/03/2021 Appeal upheld. Penalty of 10 weeks suspension imposed. Appeal deposit refunded. Decision
