Rodney McDonald GWIC decision on 9 July 2021 to disqualify Mr McDonald for a period of 6 months and issue a formal reprimand to Mr McDonald breach of Rules 106(1)(d) and 106(2). 05/10/2021 Appeal on breaches dismissed. Stood over generally for penalty hearing. Decision
Jade Murray GWIC decision on 2 August 2021 to place a condition on the Greyhound’s registration to prohibit it from competing in future greyhound races or trials. 24/09/2021 Stay Application granted. The decision of GWIC of 2 August 2021 not be carried in to effect on condition. Decision
Chrystal Hensing GWIC decision on 11 August 2021 to suspend Ms Hensing for a period of 12 weeks for breaching Rule 83(2)(a) x4 17/09/2021 Penalty varied: Charge 1: 6 weeks suspension. Charges 2 to 4: 7 weeks suspension on each. Penalties to be served concurrently. Appeal deposit refunded. Commencement of penalty deferred for 9 days with allowance for 1 day served prior to stay and to conclude on 12 November 2021. Decision
Michael Hooper GWIC decision on 3 August 2021 to fine Mr Hooper $1500 for breaching Rule 83(2)(a) 17/09/2021 Appeal upheld. Penalty varied to a fine of $1000. Appeal deposit refunded. Decision
Glen McKinley GWIC decision on 3 September 2021 to disqualify Mr McKinley for penalty for Charges 1, 2 and 3: 6 months disqualification reduced to 4 months and 3 weeks for guilty plea; 3 months disqualification reduce to 2 months for guilty plea; and 6 months disqualification reduced to 4 months and 3 weeks for guilty plea to be served concurrently for breaching Rule 86 (q), (p) and (ag). 09/09/2021 The stay application is granted subject to conditions*
