Registration / GWIC Kiosks

The Commission has developed self-service kiosks to be trialed at a number of clubs across the State to provide participants with the opportunity to complete their GWIC online transactions at the track.

The kiosks will provide an accessible and easy to use set-up, that will be helpful for those who may not have access to a computer or internet, require assistance completing online transactions, or who would like someone to help them in person.

The kiosks will have an iPad that will provide participants with access to the GWIC website and GWIC online portal.

The Commission is always looking at ways to make it simple and easy for participants to meet their notification obligations under the Racing Rules. If successful, the Commission will look to roll our self-service kiosks at more clubs across NSW.

When will the kiosks be available?

The Commission is hoping to have the kiosks available in February 2023 although current COVID travel restrictions may impact this date. The industry will be advised once the GWIC Kiosks are available.

Which tracks will have a kiosk?

During the trial period, the GWIC kiosks will be available at Goulburn, Temora, Wentworth Park and Grafton tracks. Club staff at these tracks will be trained and available to assist participants to use the kiosks if required.

Who can help me complete my transaction at the kiosk?

Club staff will be trained on how to use the kiosks. Speak with the club manager about getting someone to help you complete your transactions at the kiosk.
